A blended learning platform hosting e-learning courses and modules, face to face learning, webinars, vlogs, blogs and virtual classroom delivery. Staff box learn also offers information updates and best practice share in its ‘sandpit’ area. The platform also includes a training matrix, managing the workforce training information and automates reminders for training expiry. When integrated with the other 3 platforms, Staff box learn updates HR files, adds to Governance goals and updates user profiles in Rota.
A staff rota platform allowing organisations to manage services either internally, or from a wider external pool of relevant staff. This enables an organisation to ensure resilience in staffing any given service whilst giving the assurance that the staffing pool meets the qualification and registration criteria needed.
For users, Staff box rota is an easy-to-use portal that gives them the opportunity to work within their organisation for various shifts, or externally within a geography suitable for them.
A HR solution suitable for any service, Staff box HR is an easy-to-use system allowing organisations and users to track absence, communications, records, policies and procedures to free up time to connect to your people. When integrated with the other 3 platforms, Staff box HR pulls your training matrix, adds to Governance goals and updates user profile in Rota.
A compliance and regulation platform allowing a service to host documentation and evidence to ensure compliance with any given regulatory body. Parameters can be bespoken for any given setting and sector. When integrated with the other 3 platforms, the system automates evidence via completion f training or uploaded documentation to evidence role compliance.
