Walking for Health

Published on 03/09/2021

A programme designed for people with learning disabilities and autism, military veterans, and people living with and beyond cancer to increase their physical activity with social interactions and form a support group. This programme specialises in helping people stay active, eat better and live happy.

These walks are led by people with lived experience. We are hoping to keep growing this, and develop into ‘cycling for health’.

The heath coaches are now part of your practice.

A healthy lifestyle is your best medicine!

People can now speak to their health coach to receive a personalised plan to help them become more active and learn how to eat healthier as well as improve their overall wellbeing.
